Botox is a natural, purified protein given in low doses to reduce the contractions of the muscles that cause wrinkles. As we age, these muscles tend to stay contracted, causing us to look sad, mad, worried, or tired.

Botox reduces wrinkles on the forehead and the frown lines between the eyebrows. They are also great for the crow’s feet, bunny lines (the little crinkles on the nose), and lift or even out your brows. Other uses for Botox include treating excessive underarm sweating and grinding of the jaw.
